Located a few meters from the beach of Baja Sardinia, our apartments are part of the Residence I Cormorani Bis and offer terraces with wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding gardens.

They are located on the ground floor and 1st floor, furnished in typical Sardinian style with beautiful turquoise, yellow and pink shades and rustic exposed beams.

The two-room and three-room apartments consist of a welcoming living room with 2 beds, a functionally equipped kitchen. In the two-room apartment there is also a double bedroom, a bathroom and a habitable terrace. The three-room apartment has 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, two bathrooms and a habitable terrace.

They can therefore accommodate up to 4 people in the two-room apartment and 6 people in the three-room apartment.

All apartments are equipped with television, telephone and Wi-Fi internet connection.

On our spacious terraces (built in natural stone) you will enjoy a splendid view and the possibility of eating together in the open air.

Especially in the evening you will be able to observe how the sunset dyes the sky with beautiful red shades and how a particularly romantic atmosphere is created.

The center of the village of Baja Sardinia with some restaurants is only 250 m away, a supermarket 850 m (11 minutes on foot).

The sandy beach of the same name is 250 m (4 minutes on foot) from the property.

Here hours of relaxation and fun for the whole family are guaranteed! Parking spaces are available inside the property.

Pets are allowed (€35.00 per stay).

Sheets and towels are available on request and with a supplement of €10.00 per person.

Furthermore, there is a reception for managing check-in and check-out available to provide all the information you need.

The care of the residence and the maintenance of our apartments is entrusted to internal staff who are always available at reception.

From 15 June to 15 September in Sardinia the tourist tax is required. This tax determined per person and per overnight stay (maximum duration 7 days) is €1.50. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival and is not included in the price of the stay.
